Martin P. Ojeda has been a Public Accountant graduate from the University of Buenos Aires since 1997. He joined P&A Consulting as a partner in October 2007. He was part of the Tax department of Pistrelli, Henry Martin and Associates,member of Ernst &Young, for about 11 years. He has actively participated in tasks related to tax advisory, tax planning, administrative and judicial issues, tax audits and acquisition processes of different companies of various industries apart from a direct participation in the division of Energy and Massive Consumption of the Tax department of Ernst & Young. His professional experience includes working in very prestigious companies such as Wintershall Energía (Grupo Basf), Sinopec, Apache, Pioneer, British Gas, Grupo Pérez Companc, Halliburton, Christensen Roder, Astra Evangelista, Elf Lubricantes, Castrol, Novartis, Grupo Sidus, Sinteplast, Sherwin Williams, Metalpar, Loma Negra, Grupo Química Estrella, Grupo Ultrapetrol, Grupo DHL, Profértil, Lenovo, Mercado Libre, Bwin, Paysafecard, Edesur, Tabacal, Walmart. Martin P. Ojeda was a Professor of Tax I in UCA University for ten years (2002-2011) He has participated as a lecturer in different seminars and training courses about tax issues on behalf of Ernst & Young throughout various specialised institutions in the country.. He has also participated in international seminars abroad. He is the autor of various articles about Accounting and Tax subjects which have appeared in special publications. Martin is a fluent speaker of English.
