Public Accountant graduate from University of Buenos Aires since 1997. He has got an MBA in Austral University (IAE-IESE) with honours. Over 18 years experience in Tax, Finance and M&A in top leading companies. He is also a Business Advisor on PYMES and large companies. Currently, he is a founding partner and works as CEO in PGK. He was part of the Tax- Social Security and Legal Department and the Finance area for about 10 years in ERNST&YOUNG, where he was Senior Manager. He has actively participated in tasks related to tax advisory, tax planning, tax audit, trust structuring, Transfer Pricing, administrative and judicial issues, acquisition processes of different companies of various industries, business appraisals and other financial advisory tasks. At present, he is a partner in charge of top clients such as: Edesur, Grupo YPF, Bumeran, San Antonio, Edelar, Grupo Pepsico, EDEN, Micros, Area 60, Total, Wallmart, Degremont, Red Link, Gas Meridional, Grupo Assa, Explora, HSBC, Bedson, Beyce, Central Dock Sud, Silicon, Surmarket, Syngenta, British Technologies, EDEA, Konecta, Sial. He was a Professor of Tax I and II in UCA University and Accountancy I and Financial in UCES University, one of the main universities in the country for over 10 years..
